SUPERVISORY BOARD
The Supervisory Board is being a management body, for general management of the Company’s activities, except for resolving issues within the competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
The Supervisory Board shall operate on the basis of the legislation, the Company Charter and the regulation on the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board consists of five members.
Members of the Supervisory Board is elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders for a term of one year.
The competence of the Supervisory Board shall be established by law and by the Company Charter.
