REVISION COMMISSION
The Revision Commission is elected to monitor the financial and economic Company’s activities.
The Revision Commission shall operate on the basis of the legislation, the Company Charter and the regulation on the Revision Commission.
The Revision Commission consists of three members.
Members of the Revision Commission is elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders for a term of one year.
The competence of the Revision Commission shall be established by law and by the Company Charter.
